Tortilla Dinner1 cup flour Combine flour, cornmeal, salt, egg and water in a large bowl, then beat. Spoon 3 cup of batter onto a moderately hot ungreased griddle, flattening with the bottom side of a spoon to make thin (1/4-inch) pancake. Turn tortilla when edges become dry, but not browned, and cook on other side. Set aside. To complete meal, brown ground beef. Reheat tortillas on a hot griddle with oil until lightly browned. Place a portion of tomato, onion, bell pepper, cheese and lettuce on top of each tortilla; roll and enjoy!
